Everlasting Video Wedding Package ~ $1,175
This package captures your entire ceremony from the best angles, digital editing with special effects and soundtrack. Please call or e-mail us today for your free demo DVD.

Package Includes:
~ Observation of the rehearsal, if desired
~ Two professional cameras at ceremony & reception
~ Up to eight hours of event coverage
~ Inconspicuous quality wireless microphones
~ Preparation shots and/or interviews
~ Formal pictures with photographer
~ Reception formalities up to first dances
~ Guest table shots at the reception
~ Personalized on-camera guest well-wishes
~ Advanced computerized editing, special effects such as slow motion etc.

Three DVD copies with special motion menu and full color customized amary case and custom disc labels delivered four to six weeks from the event date.

Ultimate Video Wedding Package ~ $1,675
Same as the Everlasting Video Package, Plus:
~ Up to ten hours of eventcoverage
~ A five to ten minute produced "Love Story" a unique, emotional video about your lives together
~ Photo montage on video with up to 50 of your personal pictures included in a musical video presentation of your lives. Breathe new life and depth to these once still photos. If you wish to have this viewed at the ceremony, please allow up to six weeks notice.

Three DVD copies with special motion menu and full color customized amary case and custom disc labels delivered four to six weeks from the event date.

Additional Wedding Services

Love Story
Shout to the world your story. How did you two meet? How do you feel about each other? We will produce unique story about you both, with on-location footage, your choice of music and special effects to produce an emotional, breathtaking five to ten minute segment with your lives together. If you wish to have this viewed at the ceremony, or included in your wedding DVD, please allow up to six weeks notice.

Photo Montage
Up to 50 of your personal pictures are included in a musical presentation of your lives. This could include each of you as children up until the present with your mate. This production will breathe new life and depth to these once moving moments in time.This can be played on your special day for all to experience. If you wish to have this viewed at the ceremony, please allow up to six weeks notice.

Extra Hours of Coverage
Need us to stay longer to capture the specials moments of your wedding day? We are more than happy to extend our hours of coverage at your request.
$75 each additional hour per camera

Party/Event Packages
We offer videotaping packages to capture any party or celebration!
Sporting Events with your child, Bar Mitzvahs, Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Quinceaneras, Graduations, Reunions, Holiday Parties, etc.

Travel
Are you willing to travel?

Of course, Everlasting Video Memories will come to you, where ever you may be. This rate is for local weddings (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and West Richland, WA)

Out of area rates will be determined starting one way at 25 miles from Kennewick, WA. From that point on, a $40 trip charge plus 48 cents per mile round trip will be assessed. Other costs may apply, depending on length of stay.

Equipment
Are there intrusive microphones, cameras etc?

Everlasting Video Memories uses the latest digital equipment to assure a professional looking video of your special event. Our cameras produce crisp, clean digital images that show detail that you will cherish for years to come. Our wireless microphones are non-intrusive. They reproduce excellent audio with no cumbersome wiring and they are so small you won’t even realize you are wearing one!

Video Editing
Do you edit the footage and package on DVD or VHS? Either!
Do you have old tapes just lying around that have important, memorable and sentimental footage on them? But in looking through them, you find that a lot of the shots are just not good or unusable to watch? We can take those tapes and pull out the best parts to be produced on a DVD with a menu.

~ Editing of raw footage from other tapes - $350.
~ Maximum of four 60 min. tapes, please.
~ Price includes 2 DVDs with amaray sleeves. Artwork on cover and disc.
~ Additional DVD Copies at $25 per copy
